5. The broker agrees to be able to sell the property within one month from the date of these gifts. This real estate agency contract constitutes, with all the attached documents, the entire agreement between the parties. After the conclusion or termination of this real estate agency contract, the agent will return all of the following real estate as well as any additional real estate received from the seller for the property. AND CONSIDERING that the broker, who is a renowned broker who sells real estate in the area, has shown his willingness to sell the property in question. The period of the broker`s exclusive right to negotiate the lease and/or sale of the immovable property, including its renewal, is hereinafter referred to as the “exclusive period”. After the expiry date and unless the contract has been previously terminated, this exclusive offer continues from one month to the next and may then be terminated by either party with timely notification to the other party.
